At all? Kids as young as 3 will experiment with themselves and each others if an adult doesn’t teach them shame or make it weird. Teens naturally have consensual sex all the time as well. Between child and adult however, all we really have are beliefs, as there is currently no body of research that does more than assume that there is an inherent harm. So my belief is yes but not all adults cant be trusted
Another thing that must be mentioned is that there is a wealth of anecdotal evidence that adult minor relationships can be fruitful and healthy. This clearly demonstrates that harm is not inherent to these experences. It does not conclude much beyond that, as it is only anecdotal, but no one in good faith who looks at the countless storys of non-traumatic adult-youth love can say its always negative for the youth.
